The features of the abutment

One-piece ATOLL® abutment is the particular element of the system.
The stump-which is a circular peripheral-has a chamfer at its end. It is extended by a Blade-Locking which guides the abutment insertion in the implant.

It has a cross-shaped lower part.

The 4 blades fix the abutment into the implant thanks to the blade-locking activation.

It is the principle of the self-locking mountaineering pitons. This system excludes recurrent unscrewing (abutment/implant union screw suppression)

The stump is parallel to the implant axis. Its expansion rod is straight. By pushing the abutment, the tenon crosses the chamfer of the implant hole. The abutment is locked. (See picture)
